This was my first time ordering a vehicle directly from the manufacturer. We chose Weber Ford in Granite City based on reviews elsewhere. Our salesman Alex Carver and employee Tim Coffman were always on to the manufacturer. We chose Weber Ford in Granite City based on reviews elsewhere. Our salesman Alex Carver and employee Tim Coffman were always on top of my Bronco status and kept me updated through the whole process. They were beyond AMAZING and patient with my endless texts, calls and questions!!! Matt Osborne in financing was full of knowledge and went through all of the available options for financing, extended warranties and add ons. Overall, the entire Weber Ford staff was phenomenal; there were no games or no hidden fees - just great communication and support because buying a vehicle should not be stressful. We love our Fords, and will only be buying from them from now on. In fact, we've already placed another new car order!!! More
