We spent eight days researching online and in person at five different Ford Dealerships in the metro e Awesome experience at Weber Ford Granite City. We spent eight days researching online and in person at five different Ford Dealerships in the metro east area. Once we narrowed it down to two vehicles we placed a call to Weber and spoke with Kyle. Amazingly he remembered us driving in the pouring rain looking at this vehicle 8 days ago. Told him exactly what we wanted and in 45 minutes of texting back and forth the deal was done. Spent 10 minutes in the dealership the following day signing paperwork. Can not speak highly enough about Weber’s customer service and professionalism. Note to buyers.....all vehicles are pretty much listed the same throughout the area. It all comes down to the customer service, Thanks again Weber. Russ and Dianna More
