I took my 04 chevy malibu in for a body control module change and it was terrible took 3 months for them to actually get the job done they broke a piece off my dashboard my fuses are all messed up my driv change and it was terrible took 3 months for them to actually get the job done they broke a piece off my dashboard my fuses are all messed up my driver side seat no longer moves back and fourth the car now keeps falsely tripping limp mode due to the fuses being all outta wack I have fuses sitting in my center console that they ripped out and didnt bother to put back in 10/10 would not go here ever again and would not suggest anyone to go here ever worst customer service the lady at the receptionist desk would "transfer me to my mechanic" and id be waiting on the phone for an 1 hour before I got tired of it and hung up she all around rude again don't go here big waste of time and money More

BOUGHT OUR CAR IN OCTOBER AND STILL DONT HAVE IT.CANT BOUGHT OUR CAR IN OCTOBER AND STILL DONT HAVE IT. CANT GET HELP FROM ANYONE AT WEBER. Just to give you some idea… Us: initial issues agreed t BOUGHT OUR CAR IN OCTOBER AND STILL DONT HAVE IT. CANT GET HELP FROM ANYONE AT WEBER. Just to give you some idea… Us: initial issues agreed to before sale NOT REPAIRED AS PROMISED Weber: Bring it in well fix it. Weber: Repairs complete. Us: vehicle having same issues…REPAIRS WEREN'T MADE Weber: bring it back in…we didnt see the problem…if you didn’t see problem how were the repairs made? Us: before returning to Weber we have had another dealership look a vehicle…we were given a list of repairs needed and too vehicle back to Weber.a Weber: Repairs complete. Us: picked up vehicle, took it back to other dealership. REPAIRS WERE NOT COMPLETED. WE TOOK PICTURES OF ALL ISSUES AND REPAIRS NEEDED sent to Weber and brought car back. Weber: car ready for pickup Us: please send us printout of repairs complete so its not another wasted trip. Received printout…minimal repairs done…(still havent taken care of initial repairs agreed to) Weber STILL CANNOT FIND PROBLEMS WITH PICTURES IN HAND. In once instance, Looked at the rear of car instead of the front where the repair is needed. Service Manager always responds to calls and emails night before he is out of the office for a few days…or unavailable… More

Chris Kavadas came from his home in St Louis on his day off to make sure my new truck would be ready for me to take home. Then he ordered running boards, a bed cover and body molding that I wanted installe off to make sure my new truck would be ready for me to take home.
