Great Customer Service Within minutes of me putting information online I received a call. Wade then began collecting vital information that helped lessen the wait time. Upon arrival he was juggling me and another customer but that didn't make me feel less important. The process wasn't as bad as I was expecting it to be. I also made Wade aware of the additional $10 charge processed on my card and he happily refunded it back to me out of his own pocket. Overall I'm satisfied. If I had to give input on improvement it would be for them to give ALL pertinent information to consumer WITHOUT the customer leading the conversation, we don't know what all to ask and I'm thinking I might've missed asking some VERY important questions. More
