MyFairOpinion I first saw the truck I wound up buying from Weber Chevrolet online in an ad from cargurus. I expressed interest in the vehicle online and moments la I first saw the truck I wound up buying from Weber Chevrolet online in an ad from cargurus. I expressed interest in the vehicle online and moments later was contacted by Bob Olander of Weber via email. We set up a time to for me to check the truck out the next day. Bob was ontime for the appointment and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed with his laid back approach- not pushy, not overly enthusiastic, just professional in every aspect of the experience. After a 15 minute test drive I decided I wanted the truck and made an offer. We negotiated for a few minutes and struck an easy deal. The vehicles are priced to sell to begin with so that helps to make the negotiating that much easier. I also had a trade in and he actually went online to a trusted site and together we established a fair price for it. After we struck a deal it was off to Financing where there was no wait and no unwanted surprises or complications. Took about a half hour and everything was explained in a straight forward manner. I highly recommend Weber Chevrolet to anyone interested in buying a new or used vehicle. Funny thing about this- I didn't even buy a Chevy. I bought a 2016 Ram but was treated as though I was a lifelong Chevrolet customer! More

He seemed very transparent and was open about the whole leasing process. Being new to leasing, I had a lot of questions and he answered them all without making me feel like it was an annoyance. When it came time to do all of the paperwork we had our two young kids with us (one and five yo) and it was way past their bedtime and felt a little chaotic. He just rolled with it which I really appreciated. We are thrilled with our new car and overall it was a pleasant and straightforward experience. I would recommend working with Dustin to any of my friends looking for a new car. He is 5 star! When it came time to close the lease deal, we sat down with the finance guy and it was a less than pleasant experience. This is the only reason I gave a 4 rating. Every other aspect of this purchase was a 5 star rating. I felt the finance guy was very pushy. I said no three times to the extra warranties / products and he wouldn't let it go. I asked to move on and he was still going on about why I "needed" this product. I really felt he had his commission in mind rather than our best interest. I'm sure he's nice enough outside of work though. More
