Deceptive and Not Knowledgeable I tried to determine if the prices on the website were available to me. All a website chat got me was a phone call from someone else. She said that I tried to determine if the prices on the website were available to me. All a website chat got me was a phone call from someone else. She said that the price was available to me and had me come in that afternoon. When I got there Jamie Crank, a salesman, said that he would help me. A few seconds later he told me that the price for me was $2,000 more than on the website, since I was not entitled to some discount. I then looked at a Cruze and a Sonic. In the process I asked Jamie some questions. He could not immediately answer them. Some we figured out. I pressured him for an answer on some related to maintenance, and finally he took me to the service department. I got answers there immediately, but they seemed to be inconsistent with the owner's manual that I found online. More
