As soon as we walked into this dealership, Mike was super friendly, conversational, and grounded—a far cry from the other salespeople we’ve encountered on our search. He explained everything really well (which was important since I’ll be driving my first stick shift), and he was completely transparent with us. He’s got years of experience and it shows.
