worst salesman experiance My wife and I bought a 2014 SRX from Dale in December. It did not have an owners manual or a second key fob but he promised me he would get me a manua My wife and I bought a 2014 SRX from Dale in December. It did not have an owners manual or a second key fob but he promised me he would get me a manual even if he had to buy it himself, never came. I also found out after ordering a new key fob that the manual key (it has push to start) does not work in the door of this vehicle so it will not enter programming mode. I was just fed up with them and was going to let this just die but today when performing the first oil change we noted that the splash pan under the front of the car is missing, gone, not there. I guess this should all fall on me but I just did not expect this out of Weber Chevrolet with the reputation they have and the way Skip talks just gave me a false air of confidence. Shame on me. More
