We had a good experience with Bob Olander. He was not pushy, and was responsive when we needed him to be. We did a small amount of negotiating on price, and feel that he went about it on a respectful way pushy, and was responsive when we needed him to be. We walked from another dealership that became aggressive and pushy when we even attempted to negotiate, and guess what? That car is still on their lot. We didn't finance, so I can't say to much about that part, but the paperwork and all was relatively quick. Overall very happy with our used car purchase, and with Bob's help this last week. More
