Service Department SUCKS. (I would give ZERO stars, if possible.) DECEMBER 5th, my service vehicle light lit up, and the software limited the charging capacity. Earliest possible appointment was JANUARY 21 (tomorrow). When I asked to clarify that I had heard correctly (it was DECEMBER 5TH!), the lady got snippy and rude about how busy everyone is. Called around, no other service available any earlier. I understand... holidays, limited techs for EV, warranty work doesn't pay..... I bought the car at Weber, it's closest, so I called back and set up the appointment. There was no other option than to wait. Annoying, but I dealt with it. - - 6 weeks - - of not having a car. (BOLT has recall issues having to do the the battery, charging, and FIRE. Not going to risk that!) Dropped the car off today (Jan 20) and was told that the long wait was MY fault for not bringing the car to the dealership for tire rotations (they "might" have caught the issue?)..... told that it "probably would've been fine to drive" (hmmm.... any Chevy lawyers want to weigh in on that liability?), told that there was never an issue with the batteries and fires (again, Chevy lawyers? What do you say in response to that LIE?), told that 'hybrids' (the Bolt is not hybrid) are "new technology" the techs are "learning about them as you [customers] drive them" (the Bolt has been available in the US since 2016).... The final kicker: "give me a normal car with a carburetor, and I know what to do." My Dude, your dealership sold me this car. You - as a service manager - REALLY should know what to do to fix it. All you had to do was be nice; instead, you insulted me, belittled the car your company sells, and openly admitted your lack of knowledge. More

Steve LaFrance was great to work with. I first inquired about a used car and he was upfront with the problems with the vehicle. I then contacted him about a new car and he made the whole I first inquired about a used car and he was upfront with the problems with the vehicle. I then contacted him about a new car and he made the whole process enjoyable. He again was very upfront through the negotiations and was very helpful in getting the vehicle and price I was looking for. He never pressured us and was willing to spend as much time with us as we needed to look at, test drive, and ask questions. He stayed past closing time the evening the big snow storm started which shows his dedication to his work and the customer. He was very open and honest throughout the discussions. We had a great experience and greatly appreciate working with Steve on buying our new Equinox. More
Salesman did the normal hidden fees for pin striping and 3m door edge guard xx, telling they were already on the vehicle. Was told these are not things you shouldn't add without customer consent, but I live 3m door edge guard xx, telling they were already on the vehicle. Was told these are not things you shouldn't add without customer consent, but I lived with it because I know most dealers add this xx to increase their profit. So tired of looking for a car I just went for it. Got to finance and they keep trying to push me into more xx to continue to add to their profit. Finally after saying no 3 times I shut up. She again again and I told her I'm about to walk out. She finally shut up and got the point. This was not a pleasant experience for the wife and I, and I can't recommend Weber Chevy to anyone. More
