I was over charged for the vehicle that I purchase for what they claim is “market adjustment”. It is really just a gimmick to make more money off of new cars that don’t cost them anything additional from what they claim is “market adjustment”. It is really just a gimmick to make more money off of new cars that don’t cost them anything additional from the manufacture. They are taking advantage of the shortage of new vehicles due to the chip shortages due to Covid. After a different poor review from me they contacted multiple times me asking me to change my my review because it affects their end of the year bonus. Their money is important to them but they don’t care that you are paying at least 10% over the MSRP of the vehicle and it affects your monthly payment. More

When we go there we were greeted by Jacob right to your dealer ship and we where referred there by Brian Webb, he was so vey helpful over the phone. When we go there we were greeted by Jacob right away. He was so very nice and very helpful. He was our sales agent and we also liked the manager Mark that was on duty as well. He was very helpful with getting us into our vehicle. But my best experience was with your sales person Jacob. There should be more peolpe like him every where. He was great. More
