I will go out of my way to never bring a vehicle here again. To be a stranded motorist and decide to have my car towed to this dealer was the biggest mistake of my whole ordeal. To be told that a technician wouldn't even look at my car for four weeks after having it towed was the biggest gut punch, especially because I scheduled a service appointment online for four days out. I never once received a phone call unless it was through my constant badgering. Seven weeks later I got my car back. Sure, we can blame Hyundai for the constant back order of a part, but no one at Webb Hyundai decided to go any extra mile other than to continually tell me, "We're still waiting." I am glad others have had a positive experience, but for me, never again. More
