I would recommend Webb Hyundai in Merrillville because except for the last service, Webb Hyundai has been excellent. This time however, even though the service performed was good, the communication and th except for the last service, Webb Hyundai has been excellent. This time however, even though the service performed was good, the communication and the time it took to diagnose the problem was not. My car was towed in on October 13, 2023 and even though I called everyday to check the status I did not get a response or when I did they said we will call you when we know something. By this being my only means of transportation, I needed to know if I needed to rent a car or when my car might be looked at. When I was able to reach someone the only answer I got was we will let you know when we know. I ended up calling corporate to see if they could assist with getting answers for me and three days after corporate gave me a case number, Webb Hyundai call (emailed) me that the car was diagnosed and gave me an amount to approve so they could proceed with repairs. I picked up my car on October 24, 2003. So far the repairs seems to resolve my issues. More
