I love the service department! I took my Kona in for its first service at 6,500 miles. I had two Sonatas before the Kona. I have known Jim Devault since 2012. He is an outstanding service manager who always ensures I receive the best quality service. After having serious engine issues with my 2015 Sonata, I wasn't going to buy/lease another Hyundai vehicle. Jim was a big factor in my decision to lease the 2023 Kona. So, all in all, I would give Jim 10 stars if I could. More

Stay way! I’m a loyal customer for service here. The last oil change, the oil pan plug fell out during a trip to Florida. Towed our car to a Hyundai dealer in I’m a loyal customer for service here. The last oil change, the oil pan plug fell out during a trip to Florida. Towed our car to a Hyundai dealer in South Carolina and they stated the plug issue was due to the last place we had it serviced. We presented all the facts, paperwork, etc to the Webb Service folks and they refused to take responsibility for poor workmanship! No issues since over the past several years but the 1 time something obvious happened, they blame on someone or something else! Unbelievable. I guess WEBB is calling AUTO NATION HYUNDAI of Columbia SC a bunch of LIARS! The car had less than 36,000 miles on it, so hardly an age issue. Good luck if YOU decide to use them.
