Unfortunately after getting my vehicle serviced and I noticed some changes in performance, I wasn’t taken seriously over the phone while expressing my concerns. I’ve never had an issue with my vehicle and the one time I noticed something was off, I was told “are you sure it’s not in your head?” by a staff member on the phone. When booking my vehicle originally staff didn’t follow directions after I had a specific request but, I ignored it because they get my vehicle done as quickly as they could after miscommunication occurred. I’m now selling my vehicle to CarMax because I won’t be spending another dime on another Hyundai again. I’d sell it to Webb but their sales team doesn’t have any better listening skills and ran my credit for me to purchase a vehicle after my original request was to lease a few months ago. More

Went in for a rear under body panel to be put on my 2015 Genesis, mine fell off. My appt was for 2pm and I did not leave until 3;50pm. Service manager Jim would come in a tell everyone their car done and wa Genesis, mine fell off. My appt was for 2pm and I did not leave until 3;50pm. Service manager Jim would come in a tell everyone their car done and walk them up to the casher. I do not know why he did not give me that same service. After 3 people left ahead of me, I asked him when my car would be done, and he said the bill is up at the casher's office. I had a quote given to me for the job when I came in for my oil change the week before. It was for 456.42 that included labor and the part. I ordered the part that day when I got home for 418.82 that would have left 37.60 left for labor to put it on. The quote was good until June 1. They charged me 80.71 to put it on. On the invoice they charged me for 10 bolts at 1.80 apace $18 and there were only 2 bolts needed. When I need work on my car, I will go someplace else. One more thing they did not even wash my car.
