Unfortunately after getting my vehicle serviced and I : They act very attentive, friendly, and helpful when it comes to the well-being of my vehicle. Unfortunately after getting my vehicle serviced and I noticed some changes in performance, I wasn’t taken seriously over the phone while expressing my concerns. I’ve never had an issue with my vehicle and the one time I noticed something was off, I was told “are you sure it’s not in your head?” by a staff member on the phone. When booking my vehicle originally staff didn’t follow directions after I had a specific request but, I ignored it because they get my vehicle done as quickly as they could after miscommunication occurred. I’m now selling my vehicle to CarMax because I won’t be spending another dime on another Hyundai again. I’d sell it to Webb but their sales team doesn’t have any better listening skills and ran my credit for me to purchase a vehicle after my original request was to lease a few months ago. More
