Brought my Hyundai Sonata in for the 60,000 mile maintenance package and waited for the work to be done in their spacious and comfortable customer waiting area. I used a work space with AC power and maintenance package and waited for the work to be done in their spacious and comfortable customer waiting area. I used a work space with AC power and wi-fi to get some email work done while waiting. Coffee, bottled water and light snacks were available. A friendly and knowledgeable service advisor reviewed the work that was done as well as multiple system checks. Really appreciate the care and quality work! More

The multi-point inspection did not catch lights burned out in my car. I had a rear-tail-light bulb changed a little over 6 months ago and it is already burned out. I have had air-conditioning repaired only to fail the next summer. Had a fueling-door repaired that wouldn't open and now it rattles when I drive the car. More

I love the service department! I took my Kona in for its first service at 6,500 miles. I had two Sonatas before the Kona. I have known Jim Devault since 2012. He is an outstanding service manager who always ensures I receive the best quality service. After having serious engine issues with my 2015 Sonata, I wasn't going to buy/lease another Hyundai vehicle. Jim was a big factor in my decision to lease the 2023 Kona. So, all in all, I would give Jim 10 stars if I could. More
