The service dept is the worst, will never have work done at Webb Hyundai Merrillville again. I was told my passenger side side view mirror was ready to be installed. I drove 30 miles each way only to be told it needed to be painted before it could be installed. Brought my Hyundai Sonata in for the 60,000 mile maintenance package and waited for the work to be done in their spacious and comfortable customer waiting area. I used a work space with AC power and maintenance package and waited for the work to be done in their spacious and comfortable customer waiting area. I used a work space with AC power and wi-fi to get some email work done while waiting. Coffee, bottled water and light snacks were available. A friendly and knowledgeable service advisor reviewed the work that was done as well as multiple system checks. Really appreciate the care and quality work! More
