I dont trust the Webb family. I find their sadness tactics to be high pressure. And require you to purchase insurance and coverage and maintenance you don't need. Damaged vehicle to get me to pay and then tried to sell me a new vehicle instead of repairing mine. They speak to you rude and unprofessional. Left parts off the vehicle on return, failed to fix any issue, me a new vehicle instead of repairing mine. They speak to you rude and unprofessional. Left parts off the vehicle on return, failed to fix any issue, failed to find the cause of the USB charging issue. Left greasy hand prints on drivers fender and drivers door. Turned on the HVAC system which I specifically turned off and they adjusted the controls which had nothing to do with the service. They moved items in the car and didnt put them back. Highland location is equally incompetent on my Palisade. Parts ordered by the service dept and they never called back after 6months of waiting. Then they decided not even to replace the component under warranty and did a quick fix instead. Follow up service they decided to do an oil change on the vehicle without asking or advising when we had just paid to have it done and they put lower quality oil in vehicle. It has been 3 months since the part was supposedly ordered for that visit and no call. However the part is in stock when I called and they offered no apologies. The entire service system at both locations is disgusting. subpar. Is it a reflection of management or ownership? More
I have been dealing with Jim for 12 years and I trust him with my billfold (obviously!), great guy. Webb has never let me down. I could probably get the work done less expensive somewhere else but here I k with my billfold (obviously!), great guy. Webb has never let me down.
