I scheduled the service 3 weeks prior on my 2019 Elantra that I had purchased from Webb in 2019. The primary issue was that the driver seat belt does not always retract and can get caught in the door when e that I had purchased from Webb in 2019. The primary issue was that the driver seat belt does not always retract and can get caught in the door when exiting. I was in the waiting area during service. Rather than consulting me about the conditions under which the failure occurs, they simply wrote on the service form that the belt operated correctly for them. I now have to find another dealer to get this fixed. More

I live a significant distance (25 miles) from the Webb dealership so I almost always wait for the vehicle unless it was something major, which I have never had. Right now the service waiting room is crowded, noisy and much too small for a larger dealership. I have recommended Jon Culver as a sales person to a number of my friends. He's young, but does very well. More
