4pm appt for 1 tire replacement - they finished at 5:30. I paid and then asked to confirm that they checked all 4 tires for air and put air in any that needed air. I just assume this should happen at every service where tires are involved, but in the past I have noticed they don’t, so remembered to ask this time. He said no - they just put air in the 1 new tire, then kind of sheepishly said maybe they could check all tires if I wanted. Yes! Isn’t that standard? I kind of had to force him to do it. To me this is basic 101 car care. If I am incorrect please let me know. They did wash my car as is their custom, which I appreciate - thank you. And the new showroom and shop are very fancy and comfortable - so there’s that. More

I took my car in for brake service. I think it’s very inconvenient and annoying for me to be spending time taking my car Back to the dealer to fix the issue. On top of that, It was very expensive for poor service!!! More
