I am very disappointed. My Tucson has been having issues for over 6 months. I have brought my car in and they tell me it’s an issue with the engine but aren’t fixing it. I h My Tucson has been having issues for over 6 months. I have brought my car in and they tell me it’s an issue with the engine but aren’t fixing it. I have paid for inspections and tune ups and my car is still having issues. There are times it doesn’t start, it stalls when I’m at a red light or stop sign, and it is definitely a safety issue. They said I can bring it in and leave it so they can see if they can replicate the issues, but don’t have any loaner cars available (I’ve been on the “waitlist” for over a month). While staff has been friendly, it is ridiculous that they know there is a problem with my engine and tell me that’s the issue but won’t fix it because Hyundai doesn’t have an active recall on it even though they know there are issues with certain engines. I have the extended warranty but all the “fixes” they are doing are not covered by the warranty. The engine replacement is covered, however they will not allow you to use the warranty to replace my engine until my car completely dies. More
