He is an outstanding service manager who always ensures I receive the best quality service. After having serious engine issues with my 2015 Sonata, I wasn't going to buy/lease another Hyundai vehicle. Jim was a big factor in my decision to lease the 2023 Kona. So, all in all, I would give Jim 10 stars if I could. More

Dave Cox went the extra mile with us in our car buying experience. We drove in from over an hour away in Illinois to see the SUV we ended up purchasing. Since traffic was horrible on the toll roads, we go experience. We drove in from over an hour away in Illinois to see the SUV we ended up purchasing. Since traffic was horrible on the toll roads, we got there about 10 minutes before close. Yet, Dave did not rush us as we were test driving the vehicle and making our decision.
