I don't recall meeting Mark Mahaffey, but I communicated with Jacob Stasiak by email and phone several times and he was very helpful. Jacob was off on the day I came in for the test drive (and later purchas with Jacob Stasiak by email and phone several times and he was very helpful. Jacob was off on the day I came in for the test drive (and later purchase) of the Tucson Hybrid, but he set me up with Jon Culver, whom I would also give 5 stars. Jon was friendly, professional, and able to answer my questions. He guided me throught he purchasing process and explained the documents I was signing carefully. I was very pleased with my experience at Webb Hyundai Merrillville. More
