Looking forward to the new dealership completion next door. I think this will make it a much more pleasant experience when waiting for a car being serviced. I live a significant distance (25 miles) fro door. I think this will make it a much more pleasant experience when waiting for a car being serviced. I live a significant distance (25 miles) from the Webb dealership so I almost always wait for the vehicle unless it was something major, which I have never had. Right now the service waiting room is crowded, noisy and much too small for a larger dealership. I have recommended Jon Culver as a sales person to a number of my friends. He's young, but does very well. More

I took my car in for a transmission flush & they did it with no problem but the car broke down afterwards that same day so I called them back and he told told me to sit tight and they got a tow & towed it with no problem but the car broke down afterwards that same day so I called them back and he told told me to sit tight and they got a tow & towed it back, then found out what the problem was and fixed the leak & I was able to get my car back. Then I noticed the rpm’s were going up afterwards like before it broke down so I told them about it and he explained why that was happening but told me i could come came to let them test drive it to see what’s going on so then they saw and it was the other guy who also told me the same thing why it was doing that which it also did not do it on the way there but was told I can come anyways, so they scanned it and afterwards it was definitely ok and good to go & has to get use to my driving but they took care of the problem. More
