I took my car in for brake service. I had an amazing experience buying my car from Webb Hyundai Merrillville! I was interested in a specific used car that Webb Hyundai happened to have in the exact spec I wanted. Problem was, I live over Hyundai Merrillville! I was interested in a specific used car that Webb Hyundai happened to have in the exact spec I wanted. Problem was, I live over 500 miles away from the dealer! However, Dave was amazing and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Since I could not easily go to test drive the car he made sure the car ran smoothly and had no warning lights, as well as having a clean exterior and interior. After deciding to likely buy the car I flew out and Dave himself picked me up from the airport, driving an hour each way! When I arrived the car was clean and in perfect condition, just like Dave had said! The buying process was smooth, quick, and easy, and Dave didn’t pressure me at all throughout the entire process. They even lowered the price a tad when they find out my car was appraised for less than I thought it was worth, which is incredibly rare these days. As an added bonus- they even filled the car up with gas for me since they knew I had a king drive back! Overall, this was the easiest car buying process I’ve been through, and I came out with a car I will love for a very long time. Dave was amazing to work with, and he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire buying process. It takes a certain kind of crazy to buy a car sight unseen, but Dave made sure that I had the utmost confidence that the car was perfect before putting down a deposit and subsequently flying out. I can’t recommend dave highly enough. If you need a new car, or are looking at buying a used car, come to Webb Hyundai and ask for Dave. You’ll get an easy, stress free process. He truly wants you to be confident and assured in your choice, and won’t try to push you towards a more expensive car if your needs will be met by a cheaper one. Thank you Dave! More
Clean, spacious, however after waiting 2 1/2hrs to get a fog lightbulb replacement I walked over to the counter to check on the status of my vehicle. When I get there my paper work was just sitting there and no one called me to state that my vehicle was ready. They also left my car on the outside dirty (I keep my vehicle clean at all times) with all kinds of prints and brown colored dirt like. I also had a red colored tire valve cap missing from one of my tires. I called and they transferred me to the supervisor, but held too long and hung up. More
