4pm appt for 1 tire replacement - they finished at 5:30. I paid and then asked to confirm that they checked all 4 tires for air and put air in any that needed air. He said no - they just put air in the 1 new tire, then kind of sheepishly said maybe they could check all tires if I wanted. Yes! Isn’t that standard? I kind of had to force him to do it. To me this is basic 101 car care. If I am incorrect please let me know. They did wash my car as is their custom, which I appreciate - thank you. And the new showroom and shop are very fancy and comfortable - so there’s that. More
