I have purchased two Ford Explorers from Webb Ford. My second Explorer has been a nightmare. I currently have a 2020 Explorer coming to the end of it lease for in December. In the past year I have had 2 transmissions installed,sensors, and radio issues. The vehicle only has 33k miles on it. None of these issues were anyone’s fault other than Ford corporate. Over the past couple of weeks, my wife and I were trying to purchase a 2024 Hyundai Tucson Limited to replace the Explorer. Had a very fair deal with Webb Hyndai in Merrilville. My wife wanted to look at a different color at there sister store in Highland. I was offered 28k for a value of my Explorer at your Merrilville store . Unfortunately after visiting the Highland store the value was depleted to 24k, due to the mechanical issues. Then when I contacted your Merrilville store the adjusted price was put into effect. I have called Ford corporate multiple times to express my displeasure with there product. I am now stuck with a vehicle that has had mechanical issues that were not my fault and the depreciated value is passed onto my wife and I. Will not be doing business with Webb any longer. More

I would recommend Webb Hyundai in Merrillville because except for the last service, Webb Hyundai has been excellent. My car was towed in on October 13, 2023 and even though I called everyday to check the status I did not get a response or when I did they said we will call you when we know something. By this being my only means of transportation, I needed to know if I needed to rent a car or when my car might be looked at. When I was able to reach someone the only answer I got was we will let you know when we know. I ended up calling corporate to see if they could assist with getting answers for me and three days after corporate gave me a case number, Webb Hyundai call (emailed) me that the car was diagnosed and gave me an amount to approve so they could proceed with repairs. I picked up my car on October 24, 2003. So far the repairs seems to resolve my issues. More
