So I am a Tech. I had a intersting case from Hyundia w/ warranty situation. Where tail light wasR&R complete repair last year. Contacted hyundia usa corp, they gave me directions. Part of was going to dealer for request of inspection @ first the apporach to service department was iffy. But their was confusion since they never heard of the case and procedure as same as I. I was skeptical, But w/ communcation we got in. Thu feb 8th we got checked in for inspection form needed for warranty reinbursment and Ben who was our service advisor assisted with ease and was calm and very professional. Thank you to Hyundia usa corp for giving recommendations to this intersting case. Thank you Ben. Dont forget to shout out to the tranied techs who do the work too. More
