So I am a Tech. I had a intersting case from Hyundia w/ warranty situation. Where tail light wasR&R complete repair last year. Owners of the car received TXXT TSB I had a intersting case from Hyundia w/ warranty situation. Where tail light wasR&R complete repair last year. Owners of the car received TXXT TSB # Ref letter. Contacted hyundia usa corp, they gave me directions. Part of was going to dealer for request of inspection @ first the apporach to service department was iffy. But their was confusion since they never heard of the case and procedure as same as I. I was skeptical, But w/ communcation we got in. Thu feb 8th we got checked in for inspection form needed for warranty reinbursment and Ben who was our service advisor assisted with ease and was calm and very professional. Thank you to Hyundia usa corp for giving recommendations to this intersting case. Thank you Ben. Dont forget to shout out to the tranied techs who do the work too. More

My car buying experience at Webb Hyundai in Merrillville was great, thanks to Dave Cox. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to purchase a car on my own because of my somewhat lower credit score, but Dave was a was great, thanks to Dave Cox. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to purchase a car on my own because of my somewhat lower credit score, but Dave was able to work out a great financing deal with a lower interest rate than I expected. He was always so friendly and patient, and not at all pushy like all the other salesman that I had encountered during my search for a car. If you’re in the market for a car, I strongly recommend Dave Cox. He’s the best! More
