My car was in the service department for over a month and then I found out that the hold up was due to the name on my extended warranty that I purchased, being different from my name. The name is different b/z I got married and no one seemed to check that which to me is ridiculous! They tried to say that I am not the original owner, although I am the only owner of my car, ever.. That was why there was a hold up??? I can't believe that no one would have even checked with me to ask about a name change! Although they gave me a loaner during this time, it was a very frustrating experience for me. More

Great service but agree with other patrons, the facility sits back and is easy to miss since remodel. Looks like a brown cardboard box. Need better solution or option for GDI engine treatment. I made inquiries about the extent and cost of the 60,000 mile service for my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. The service department was spot on with not only the cost but on how long it would take. I had forgotten about some mice that tried to take up residence in the engine compartment since it was under the cowling cover and out of sight. Family Hyundai spotted it years ago and wanted $60 to remove it. Webb technicians rediscovered the mice condo and was only concerned that the condo might be occupied. When I told them I had forgotten about it and it had been there for years, the gladly removed it with not charge. That indicates the different philosophies of the two dealerships. More
