wait time for 2 headlights and an oil change was 3 hours and next day 2 hours for 4 new tires. I used to get my tires at Sears and it took them less than an hour to change 4 tires. I took my car into the dealer because the horn was no longer working. The worker instantly knew what he needed to check for and replace. They did not have the two new horns to replace the two that were n longer working. The worker instantly knew what he needed to check for and replace.
