The communication for the dealership was terrible. They had my car for two days before they realized that it was at the dealership. It was 6 weeks before they even diagnosed what was wrong with my car They had my car for two days before they realized that it was at the dealership. It was 6 weeks before they even diagnosed what was wrong with my car due to being short staffed. I had to file a complaint with the BBB before Anthony stepped in and pushed my car along. He did offer me a loaner since they had my car for so long so that was a plus. It took them a total of 10 weeks maybe a total of 12 to fix my car and when I put my car in Reverse the transmission still makes this noise that it’s not supposed to make. I don’t want to take it back because I’m afraid of how long they’ll keep the car again 😩. More

1:00pm service appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Got my car back at 3:15. No explanation or update from the service department when I was in the waiting room. Texted the number they sent m rotation. Got my car back at 3:15. No explanation or update from the service department when I was in the waiting room. Texted the number they sent me for updates and received no response. I was quoted $99 for the service and I was charged $99+$10 shop fees and a 1% because I was going to use a credit card. Hidden fees and poor customer service is crap and shady. I will not be back. More
