Brought my Tucson in for its one year service Plus updating some software. I was barely inside the service Bay and I was greeted by the service advisor. After a while the service advisor told me what was going on and gave me an estimate how much longer it was going to take. Everything was completed and I was on my way. I didn't like waiting over 2hrs for a diagnosis. After waiting 2 hours I found that they had not even tested my car. Nor was it test driven which as super important.
