I went there to fix an issue with my lights for the third time, and they are still not working. I told the employee that just changing the light bulb and checking the wiring was not enough, as that is what t time, and they are still not working. 1:00pm service appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Got my car back at 3:15. No explanation or update from the service department when I was in the waiting room. Texted the number they sent me for updates and received no response. I was quoted $99 for the service and I was charged $99+$10 shop fees and a 1% because I was going to use a credit card. Hidden fees and poor customer service is crap and shady. I will not be back. More

The communication for the dealership was terrible. They had my car for two days before they realized that it was at the dealership. It was 6 weeks before they even diagnosed what was wrong with my car They had my car for two days before they realized that it was at the dealership. It was 6 weeks before they even diagnosed what was wrong with my car due to being short staffed. I had to file a complaint with the BBB before Anthony stepped in and pushed my car along. He did offer me a loaner since they had my car for so long so that was a plus. It took them a total of 10 weeks maybe a total of 12 to fix my car and when I put my car in Reverse the transmission still makes this noise that it’s not supposed to make. I don’t want to take it back because I’m afraid of how long they’ll keep the car again 😩. More
A little disappointed about how long it took to get a part that I was told would take 2 days to get. Almost a week later (6 days) we had to bring the car up to service 2 times so not very convenient but part that I was told would take 2 days to get. I am not sure if this the right place to post this but Isaiah (I believe a porter) was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! He was so helpful when he essentially didn’t have to be. He went above and beyond to help me when I showed up to drop off my car after service hours. He was so considerate and offered to get me out of the heat and offered a cold drink while he needed to find paperwork I needed to fill out. Every company needs an Isaiah!! He went above and beyond!! Give him a high five from me!! He was the sweetest! We also were out in the lot looking at the new Santa Fe when Kevin Z. Came out to talk to us. We are not in the market for a new car just yet but when we are I would love to deal with Kevin! He was personable and professional! More
