This purchase I worked with Brian, Joe Salas, Jordy, and Doug. I did put them through their paces. I didn't know for sure what I wanted. They were very patient with me. They explained things in detail. They drove a car from Merrillville over to Highland for me to look at while I was trying to make a decision. They definitely gave me the royal treatment. Everyone in the service department always greets me with a smile and explains exactly what they will be doing. When I call for an appointment they schedule within a few days. Someone always calls and texts to see if I was satisfied. I try and have Alfonso wash my car. He always has it shining! I have always been treated with the utmost respect. Whatever I need they make sure to take care of it and make me happy. This is the reason I returned to lease another Genesis from WEBB. I indicating to my sales person that I was going to be purchasing a car that day he knew I was serious he gave me a price I told him I was going to talk it over with my wife he also told me I could shop that Price wherever I wanted to shop at that that price stood for the sale of the car it was in the price range that I wanted . I left the dealership wanting to sleep on the Price talk it over with my wife later on that evening we decided to call Webber back and ask them if the price was still good they said yes left a down payment over the phone and came in and close the deal about 45 minutes before closing time Webb Hyundai was very accommodating to My expectations car shopping . Overall it was a great experience my sales person to this day still stays in contact with me making sure everything is going smooth with my new car would recommend WebbHyundai to anybody that asks me for who I know I could recommend them to .
