They explained things in detail. They drove a car from Merrillville over to Highland for me to look at while I was trying to make a decision. They definitely gave me the royal treatment. Everyone in the service department always greets me with a smile and explains exactly what they will be doing. When I call for an appointment they schedule within a few days. Someone always calls and texts to see if I was satisfied. I try and have Alfonso wash my car. He always has it shining! I have always been treated with the utmost respect.
