So I want to do an update to my review from 8/6/22 (seen below) . On 8/7/22 I received a call from my salesperson Adam pretty much as soon as they opened. He had seen my review and began to act on correcting the problem immediately. I have an appointment to repair the damage on 8/17/22. I admit I should have given them the opportunity to correct the situation before I left a negative review. I will say based on Adams quick response and continued follow up over the past few days, I admit I was wrong with the negative review so I wanted to correct my mistake. I would highly suggest that if you choose Webb Hyundai for your purchase you ask for Adam Biers as your salesperson. More
I have a leased vehicle that I got in June 2021 so any oil changes or repairs, I go through the dealership. I pay the extra monthly maintenance cost for minor repairs. I made an appointment and waited in the dealership for 2 hours for my vehicle. After a few days I noticed they didn’t reset my car so my service warning stayed on until my next service. I chalked it up to maybe they’re busy, this was my first experience and I’m not one to judge after one experience. However, I had a minor windshield crack from a pebble on the highway and scheduled a 3:00 appointment at the dealership for the repair. I asked multiple times for an update on my car since I sat around with nothing happening. I was told “I will find out for you” but I was not updated. I asked the guy helping me in the service area a few times. I finally got an update at 4:15 that the window guy was on his way. He arrived at 4:30 and the guy in service told it would take him about 20 minutes. It looked like he finished around 5:30, an hour later. By 6:15 I asked if I could have my car back. The girl in the service area said she didn’t know I was there waiting. It didn’t look like the original guy was around anymore. I didn’t get paperwork to show the details or report about this. I noticed right away that the crack isn’t completely gone. 3 hours and 15 minutes! I’m just hopeful it’s good for winter and I’ll be looking for a car sooner than later from another car company. This is beyond frustrating. I just find it rude and unprofessional at this point to make appointments and not have reasonably timed service. My time is valuable and clearly not respected. More
