However, I had a coupon for my scheduled oil change in which the representative stated could not be applied to my car, but I pushed back encouraged him to read the fine print to prove that I was eligible for that coupon and at point the coupon was applied. It was a $30 difference. Also, I had a coupon for a car wash which he said would be applied but my car was not washed. More
