I had forgotten about some mice that tried to take up residence in the engine compartment since it was under the cowling cover and out of sight. Family Hyundai spotted it years ago and wanted $60 to remove it. Webb technicians rediscovered the mice condo and was only concerned that the condo might be occupied. When I told them I had forgotten about it and it had been there for years, the gladly removed it with not charge. That indicates the different philosophies of the two dealerships. More

The recall was taken care of quickly. I was supposed to drop it off on Saturday so it could be worked on, on Monday since I was going to be out of town. They kept the paperwork from me I signed a box put signature on all paperwork without me seeing by the time I did i had a 11% interest rate & a 15,000 car for 30,000 and because they kept apply at ban signature on all paperwork without me seeing by the time I did i had a 11% interest rate & a 15,000 car for 30,000 and because they kept apply at banks even after I was approve with a 787 credit rating until my rating is now down to 630. The banks sent me letters showing what rating was at time of their approval. July 17 2024 went back with attorney to return the car cause air conditioner don’t work, need shocks, dash lights flash when I stop. Told Laura and Jim and was told used cars can’t be return only new cars n 30 days and laughed us out of there!! I’m telling my story to everybody every where. I had my other car towed there July 22 for recall, they still have not touched it. When I had it towed they refused me a loaner car. I had been without car for a month.
