I’ve bought over a dozen new cars in my life and never hear that or delt with this matter before. Won’t be back won’t do service there either. Who knows what they’ll tell me on a oil change lol More

This is the second time I have brought my Palisade in for service. Both times I had oily finger prints on my hood. The first time they were on the drivers door as well.
