I’m not positive who Erik is. I think he was the finance guy. If so, he was very pushy I think he was the finance guy. If so, he was very pushy More

I scheduled an appointment on Saturday of last week, they fit me in for Monday to buy all 4 new tires. I left work early with the intention of getting new tires just for the service department to tell me the fit me in for Monday to buy all 4 new tires. I left work early with the intention of getting new tires just for the service department to tell me they no longer had my tires. They should’ve never scheduled my appointment or let alone let me leave work early for something that wasn’t even in their inventory. More
$198/hr for labor is way too expensive. Over $800 to replace a $8 part that is a known issue is unacceptable. This steering coupler should have been a recall. Over $800 to replace a $8 part that is a known issue is unacceptable. This steering coupler should have been a recall. More

My most recent experience with Webb Hyundai Highland has been a nightmare. I was giving a loaner that wasn’t throughly looked at before given to me which I’ve had all of 24 hours. There’s no way possible Ci been a nightmare. I was giving a loaner that wasn’t throughly looked at before given to me which I’ve had all of 24 hours. There’s no way possible Cindy could have viewed the vehicle for every flaw with the 1 minute scan around the vehicle that she performed which you guys have on camera. Webb Hyundai needs to get a better procedure in place when loaning a loaner car. CHECKLIST & PICTURES. You guys take pictures of customers vehicle coming in. You should do the same for yours. So basically when i go to return vehicle 3 people go scanning the vehicle and pointing out all type of flaws and basically pinned it on me. I wasn’t giving my paper work or key after the inspection of the vehicle. Jori basically tells me i need to pay for the damages out of pocket or file a claim through my insurance. So because I’m ready to leave at this point they get a quote for their parts department totaling a whooping $2140 for scratches they claimed that wasn’t on the vehicle before giving it to me.. Jori also told me i couldn’t leave until i had a claim number for her. Per Webb they say they didn’t hold my keys hostage if so why was i still there almost 30 mins to a hour after dropping off the loaner. These people really gave me a hard time and Also Hyundai needs to have service advisors go over paperwork in detail instead of them telling you sign here & here because customers don’t know what they’re signing More
