Appointment set via web for 2 recalls on genesis g80 2weeks in advance. Received a call day before appointment to go to a different location. 1 recall was done, they had to order a part for the other o 2weeks in advance. Received a call day before appointment to go to a different location. 1 recall was done, they had to order a part for the other one. Now I need to drive another 100 miles to have the other recall done. This seems like a step back in service for Genesis. More

My car was in the service department for over a month and then I found out that the hold up was due to the name on my extended warranty that I purchased, being different from my name. The name is different then I found out that the hold up was due to the name on my extended warranty that I purchased, being different from my name. The name is different b/z I got married and no one seemed to check that which to me is ridiculous! They tried to say that I am not the original owner, although I am the only owner of my car, ever.. That was why there was a hold up??? I can't believe that no one would have even checked with me to ask about a name change! Although they gave me a loaner during this time, it was a very frustrating experience for me. More
