Horrible. Made appointment but had to reschedule since they didn’t have the part for the recall. Dealership was not as helpful this time. Had to wait outside before I could get into service for my appointment. Service writer was very nice . The service writer did not keep me updated on what the service tech found or didn’t find wrong with my car. I had coupon for Spring Service Special which included oil change, tire, rotation, multi point inspection, battery, test, coolant inspection, break inspection, and car wash. My receipt only shows that they installed filter assy-Engine oil, gasket, engine, oil, plug, and synthetic blend oil. It does not show that anything else was done to my car. usually, I get a page which shows the inspection, but that was not with my receipt. More
