I made an appointment for an oil change at 12 noon. I watched out the waiting room window and saw my car moving up a huge line of cars. I saw them take my car into to the mechanic’s bay about 1pm. What was the point of making an appointment if it does not give you priority for service? I know you cater to walk-ins but at the expense of those with appointments? I was out around 1:45 pm . Too long for an oil change with a cursory inspection if you ask me. No more oil changes here. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I should know better. More

We ended up walking out because we could not agree on a price. A few days later, they said they were willing to match our offer. While that was good news, it was really inconvenient to have to drive down t price. A few days later, they said they were willing to match our offer. While that was good news, it was really inconvenient to have to drive down there again. Nothing changed, if they could match it now, why couldn't they a few days ago? The experience was fine until the finance individual JM came to talk to us. He offered a warranty for $2500, and I said 4 times I was not interested. He ended up coming down to $500 and said I was insulting his intelligence and that "I must think he's xxxxxxxx" to offer a warranty so low. It was exceedingly uncomfortable and wildly inappropriate. Hopefully he's getting some training on how to speak to customers. More
