I loved Matthea i originally went in wanting a van and walked out with a car I love even more. I went to multiple places and only Matthew was able to help me! I walked in thinking it would be like the oth walked out with a car I love even more. I went to multiple places and only Matthew was able to help me! I appreciate the attention when you arrive and the wonderful complimentary snack offerings. However last time I went there they did not have the part i needed after waiting an hour. also last time I h wonderful complimentary snack offerings. However last time I went there they did not have the part i needed after waiting an hour. also last time I had an oil change service the mechanic left his Jimmy John's sandwich wrapper on my car seat and when i called to complain they just said sorry but I know if my car was more expensive or if I was a VIP that wouldn't have happened. just disappointed that it made me feel less than a valued customer More
