I purchased a 2015 GMC. It has a major oil leak between the motor and transaxel. It has leaked 6+qts of oil in 3 weeks. I purchased an exteded warranty with the vehicle. I have called several time but o the motor and transaxel. It has leaked 6+qts of oil in 3 weeks. I purchased an exteded warranty with the vehicle. I have called several time but only get "run around". The vehicle was shown to me "just cleaned and out of the washbay" so it was impossible to see or detect the problem when I looked at the vehicle to pick it up. I now have a vehicle that has major issues, I can not use the extended warranty I purchased @ the time of purchasing the vehicle (it has not been approved or processed) and they do not seem to be interested in helping me with correcting the situation. More

Maintenance Review I was very pleased with the recent maintenance work that I had done to my 09' Focus. I had the "works package" oil change and wiper blades replaced. T I was very pleased with the recent maintenance work that I had done to my 09' Focus. I had the "works package" oil change and wiper blades replaced. The staff was both attentive to my needs and very efficient with my time and cost. I have never had any issues with my service at Ford. I would recommend them 100%. More

And heater light to come on.Well. the service person talked to the mechanic and she explained to me what I had to do .Not to turn the car off but do a few other things.Well the person that worked on the remote the second time never explained it to me.I have been there twice for my sun roof.First time motor on it not working.Second time when they put the sun roof on. It wasn't working because they put it back on wrong.My car got caught in a rainstorm at work.The interior of my car was soaked by rainwater it stunk like he'll.Paid a hundred dollars for that .Why.As far As I'm concerned.I got charged twice when I shouldn't have.Terrible service.Cant recommend it to anyone.Word of mouth goes along way More

I went in for a callback for our 2017 Ford Escape. I found the Service department to be very clean and organized the employees were very courteous and helpful. Unexpected cost Brought my Grand Marquis in for the battery cables to be changed. Had to order the cables a few days before ($240), then $280 to have them installed. Brought my Grand Marquis in for the battery cables to be changed. Had to order the cables a few days before ($240), then $280 to have them installed. OK, it's a 2006 model and the positive cable looked like an octopus on the non battery end, so that wasn't too surprising. The service dept. is first come first served so the 3 and a half hour wait was acceptable. Then, Susan, my service advisor came to me and explained the car wouldn't start because the "Throttle Box Valve" was stuck open and needed to be replaced before the car would start and that would be another $370. Of course the car is 14 years old and anything might need replacing, except that car dealer service departments have such bad reputations about padding bills, doing unnecessary work, breaking things so they can fix them and charge the customer, etc....... Now, I wasn't back in the work area when the work was done but, who knows? Susan was very nice and apologetic and took $40 off the bill. More
