Horrible I had car my car 5 days heard a noise took it back was told it needed a front spring replaced, which would be 611 dollars not covered by the warranty. They did not recommending only fixing that t back was told it needed a front spring replaced, which would be 611 dollars not covered by the warranty. They did not recommending only fixing that they recommend fixing both front stretch, which were 1050 dollars, and not covered under the warranty. I only had the car for 5 days. They replaced the springs, I'm still hearing noise on the front, so evidently the stress needs to be replaced as well which they did not do, I have left several calls for the dealership manager to call me with no return calls I'm very disappointed. The sales person has neen no help either. Very poor customer service. More

Sales was ok. Vehicle and trouble shooting is a problem The service light went on in our 2016 Explorer. The book said it was an emissions problem. Each time it came on we took it in and were told "there's nothing wrong, charged $135 and sent home. The fourth time they decided there must be something wrong. It has been in 6 or 7 times now. They've replaced the heads, the transmission, whatever else that I can't remember anymore. However, it still chugs while in idle then will lurch forward in idle and misses between 30 and 40 MPH. Ford engineers have been involved to no avail. We are close to the warrantee running out and soon to be screwed. Steve, the service manager, has been good and has done what he can but the problem is still there. It ran fine until we took it in and they worked on it. They try to sell me a new car but why would I want another Ford? I said I would take another Explorer same year, mileage in exchange but that has fallen on deaf ears. These surveys haven't gotten me anywhere either. You obviously really don't care. More

I drove in and was quickly waited on. Came in for oil package service. I was really glad to see the plastic cover on my stirring wheel and gear shift. Especially with this covid-19.
