When I went to Webb Ford I had my heart set on a black Bronco. However it had already sold and I was pretty sad. I am very disappointed. I reached out to customer service multiple times hoping to get this on going issue finally solved but to no avail. My car was first towed into Webb ford on December 1, 2021 with 93,376 miles on it for service related to transmission and was there until December 3, 2021. Shifter cap and bushing were replaced. On March 31, 2022 my car was again brought into Webb Ford for transmission service yet again on March 31,2022 with 98,117 miles on it and again was there until April 8, 2022. This time I was told the Torque converter came apart and they overhauled the entire transmission. On August 1, 2022 with 103,089 miles on it and only 4,972 miles on it since they overhauled the transmission the car was returned again with transmission problems yet again. On August 16, 2022 they returned my car after only performing an Adaptive relearn and cleared codes. This did nothing and I had to return my car again for transmission service the next day August 17, 2022. Today is September 2, 2022 and they still have my car. It has been in the Webb ford service shop for the entire month of August with no results and I am being told that they have seen the wrench service light on but it is not showing them any codes,so the car has been sitting there on a stand still. This is unacceptable. I have bought 6 brand new cars from Ford since 2000 and am a A plan member. At this time I am in the market for a new car but canāt even get my car repaired under the Ford warranty to trade it in. More
