I had just purchased a 2024 mustang, and not even a full day after I bought it I had noticed a chip on the fender next to the wheel well with not even 50 miles on it. After taking it to the dealership for p day after I bought it I had noticed a chip on the fender next to the wheel well with not even 50 miles on it. After taking it to the dealership for paint defects they told me it’s a rock chip and was not covered. All but 2 months later I see bubbling paint that’s breaking open on every wheel well and paint that is cracking and peeling of on the front passenger fender. After informing me that only the one peeling spot on the fender is cover the rest was “not abnormal for cars like that to have bubbling paint on the pinch welds”. After calling ford motor company the dealership then offered to “touch up” the spots that weren’t covered instead of repairing them. All this is present on a car with less then 3k miles and a 2 year ceramic environmental protection coat!! More

About a year ago, my car was brought back here to the serivce shop because there was problems. Service department called me to let me know that I needed a new engine because the coolant and oil was mixin serivce shop because there was problems. Service department called me to let me know that I needed a new engine because the coolant and oil was mixing with each other. They inform me that it was a manufacturing issue. 3 weeks later, they order a new engine but inform me that they were only going to replace a part of it becuase the engine wasn't contaminated all the way through. Fast forward to now, a few weeks ago I had to take my car in to another ford dealership because my engine was flashing. What a suprise, now I needed a new motor long block becuase coolant was leaking again. Which means, this Ford dealership in Highland, IN did not do something right. But that's when I came to find out that Ford tells them what to fix and not fix to save them money when they should have just repalce the whole engine in the first place. So the reason I'm giving them one star is because of the problem I had to deal with almost a year later again and when they didn't provide me a rental even though when I brought the car from there in 2021, I paid for coverage when things like this ,for example, happens. Even if they didn't have anything available at their site, they could of made arrangements for me because I was without a car for 3 weeks last time. Lastly, I take care of my car. it only has 39,800 miles on it and it's a used 2018. Currently now, it's running but hopefully nothing else majorly goes wrong. More

Everyone with whom we dealt was very friendly and courteous. The paper work on our new truck was ready within a week, which surprised some of our friends who had purchased vehicles at other dealersh courteous. I'm not a fan of dealerships because of insane add on fees to the final price. But I must say that Web Ford added on NO add on fees except were required by law. Just bought a truck from them on Tues 3/16. Host of issues, found out battery was disconnected and codes cleared. Just paid $850 bill to fix coolant leak that only could have been un-noticed by Host of issues, found out battery was disconnected and codes cleared. Just paid $850 bill to fix coolant leak that only could have been un-noticed by dealer if salesman, porters, and literally everyone else was blind. TPMS sensors all out ($799). Puddles in driveway from day 1. Warning lights from Day 1. Truck is now making weird noises at low speed. I purchased an extended warranty but just like this truck it's one more thing I spent money on that doesn't work. Spoke with Denny Webb, he's a "Webb" but I don't think he's "The Webb". Someone needs to talk to the Webb family and let them know that their idiot cousin is about to cost them their reputation. I will be on the phone w/the Indiana State's Attorney's office tomorrow and extremely active with promoting a negative online presence for this dealership. More
