Some of these other folks should try a Dodge dealer and see what a bum deal is all about! I've bought four new vehicles at Webb and they've always bent over backwards to earn my purchase from them. Their service dept has been great to deal with, always courteous (thanks Steve!) and the work gets handled competently and in a timely fashion. More
Dishonest sales person I purchased a used Escape from Webb Ford I was told their were no serious problems with this car-It lasted 10 days and stopped running. It was a piece I purchased a used Escape from Webb Ford I was told their were no serious problems with this car-It lasted 10 days and stopped running. It was a piece of junk .This car was a hazard and could have caught on fire--serious oil leak-exhaust needed replacing--front struts were broken-brake lines were bad. Bernard refused to give me a cash refund and -he said I had to use the $4500 credit--I paid him $7,000 cash--on a used car .I did finally get to use the money on a new car -in order to not lose the $4,500-I feel I was forced into purchasing a car I could not afford. They also use false advertising tactics-when I showed Bernard an ad for a car costing $22,000 I was told it had no amenities it was a shell.--I don't know how they stay in business and I don't know how this Bernard person sleeps at night-he is very dishonest--In other words stay away from Bernard if you go to Webb Ford. Better yet don't buy from Webb Ford --save yourself the headache. More

All I heard was you have to buy now, the price kept changing, they kept trying to get me to buy a car I didn't like, and didn't fit my needs. Horrible experience, glad I left even though I had to fight to do so. I bought a Ford at a different dealership, much better. More

horrible don't trust This dealership is a scam they took advantage of my age. I bought a Ford probe from them with a promise my payment would be less then $250 when I ret This dealership is a scam they took advantage of my age. I bought a Ford probe from them with a promise my payment would be less then $250 when I returned my payment was $320 and no one cared they told me I was stuck with the payment place is the worst and would never trust them again. When I bought this vehicle they didn't have websites like this so this is a 10 yr delayed review, I have since bought 5 cars sad they could have had a customer for life. Instead they have one telling them to avoid this place like the plague awful salesmen and finance managers. More
The service department was not helpfully at all. They replaced my alternator and told me that the new alternator was not charging properly. They told me that it was another system that was causing this i replaced my alternator and told me that the new alternator was not charging properly. They told me that it was another system that was causing this issue (a $1000+ fix). I asked them if the new alternator was faulty. They told me that was impossible as it was brand new. I know nothing about cars, so I asked an old family friend who owns a shop back where my parents live about it. He said that he never heard of that system causing alternator issues. My car started to show the same symptoms as it had before the first alternator died, so I took my car to my family friend. Turns out the alternator was faulty. He replaced it. He even gave me the faulty alternator to give back to Webb Ford to get my money back. They refuse because I voided the warranty by going elsewhere to get the alternator replaced. But I could not take it back there, because of the other work they told me they would perform if the problem arose again. Now I am out the 250 dollars for the alternator, which is alot for me not so much for them... More
I took my F-150 in to have the brakes done, I was charged $508 for all 4 to be done. Within 700 miles (2 days) problems started happening, the brakes felt soft and warning lights were coming on. At the time $508 for all 4 to be done. Within 700 miles (2 days) problems started happening, the brakes felt soft and warning lights were coming on. At the time the truck was in NC so we took it to Ford there. Come to find out, the service technician REMOVED the rotors off the front which should not have been done, they should have been machined on the truck with a mobile lathe, him doing this broke the front right sensory ring which in turn broke the speed sensor. The machine work on the front was poor- the rotors went from 6mm-8mm, also there was a taper. The entire front system along with the sensors now needs to be replaced and that is $938. Ford in NC called Webb Ford and they basically said "oh well, not our problem". Their terrible work could have killed my husband or someone else. There was literally NO BRAKES on the front after only 700 miles! More
Took Ford Escape aunt and uncle bought new from this stealership in for what was the 3rd head gasket: Original factory bad at 45k, replacement done by Webb now confirmed leaking again by trusted mechani stealership in for what was the 3rd head gasket: Original factory bad at 45k, replacement done by Webb now confirmed leaking again by trusted mechanic who cleaned area and observed leaking head gasket now at 96k. Trans also went bad on this vehicle, along with a front axle. Told service advisor, John Rainone, all this, they said they'd look at it. Called back and said wasn't head gasket leaking, was timing cover gasket. Small problem there though: Head gasket already confirmed leaking by trusted garage, also, timing cover gasket doesn't leak uphill to head gasket. Refused service on behalf of relatives, took it to trusted local garage who ended up doing job. Turns out it was head gasket, had large scratch in it from whoever did job previously at Webb. If you can't trust an established dealer to make right their screw up on what is basically a disaster vehicle as far as reliability, how can you trust them at all? Avoid at all costs. More
We purchased a Ford certified used Ford Focus SEL in September of 2012 with less than 3,000 miles on it. When we took possession of the vehicle we were given one key and told the second key would be se September of 2012 with less than 3,000 miles on it. When we took possession of the vehicle we were given one key and told the second key would be sent with the title paperwork when it was sent. When we did not receive the key with the title paperwork we talked with Doug Webb who was extemely rude and disrespectful and accused us of losing the key. We then talked to the used car sales manager Dennis Webb (notice the name of the dealership and both the salesperson and sales manager's surnames). We again told the key was mailed with the title paperwork. They finally agreed to cut us a new key after beign told "just get them the key and get them out of here, this deal has been a nightmare since the beginning". This was because it was an out of state sale, which, when they were getting sticker price for the car was "no problem". We sat and waited 2.5 hours to get the key cut and when we got it, it is a generic valet type key. The key that should have come with it has the automateic door opener, panic button, trunk release attached to the key. What they made us had none of this. These, by the way, are laser cut keys that cost over $200.00, so we aren't just whiners. When we got the cheapest key they could possibly give, we decided to make a complaint with Ford directly. Before we did this, we contacted the person at the dealership who mailed the title paperwork and she confirmed that she DID NOT mail a key to us. Ford's complaint department did nothing, the dealership did nothing. They are a joke. If you want to buy a Ford (we like our car, by the way), use a different dealership. When I posted my experience on my Facebook page, about half of our friends who have bought from Webb have had horrible experiences with their dealers/customer service. They will kiss your butt until they get your money and then talk to you like you are garbage. More
