Terrible Service!! My parents went Webb Ford initially to purchase a SUV for my father. While there, my mother decided she would like to upgrade to a 2016 Ford Fusion. T My parents went Webb Ford initially to purchase a SUV for my father. While there, my mother decided she would like to upgrade to a 2016 Ford Fusion. The dealer R. W. assured both of my parents that they would walk out with vehicles of their interest. Then his story changed, he tried to get my mother to purchase a Ford Fusion that he clearly told us earlier that he drove 11,000 miles and was trying to get rid of it. When all she wanted was one with the normal 2016 Ford Fusion modern features, amenities, and a sunroof. But that's not even the crazy part. First and foremost, without my mother 's consent he put her as my father's consigner. My mother clearly had no problem with cosigning for her husband, but the dealer R. W. never asked her permission to do so. When she called him out on what he did, he decided he didn't want to give either of them new cars; after he ran both of their credit scores and had them sign papers (how unprofessional is that?) So then, my mother felt that she was hindering my father's chances of purchasing a new car so they both had to plead with this man, which made me irate so I stormed out the building. I hated to see my parents act as if he was doing them a favor when they were doing HIM a favor (News flash: he makes a living off of customer sells) Then he wouldn't even give my father the car that he wanted. He ended up persuading him to get another SUV and assured him that he could bring it back in 1 year and get the SUV that he initially wanted. However, when father signed papers with his boss "John ...", he informed my father that he couldn't bring the car back for 36 months (3 year). Although my father did get a new SUV, this caused unnecessary friction between both of my parents because of the way Webb Ford handled the situation. In conclusion, as much as I love Ford vehicles I will never purchase a car from this Webb Ford nor would I ever recommend anyone go to this dealership. If you do decided to go, DO NOT GO TO R. W. Suing Webb Ford!!! #26061966 is the number in the complaint I filed today against Webb Ford and their business practices. On Friday the 31st of July if I haven't received my plates paperwork, so we can register our new Ford Edge, I will be going to visit with a lawyer. The sales manager at Webb Ford has seen our contract and it clearly shows that they received a $600 cash down payment. A $3000 customer incentive certificate and the fact that we filled out all they paperwork they required in order to trade in our 2014 Ford Escape as part of the deal. Now the sales manager is saying they have nothing to show we gave them the $600 down payment and is refusing to give us our paperwork to register the Edge. So because someone their either stole or misplaced the money now he thinks I'm responsible. This place is scamming us!!! I gave Webb Ford everything on the contracts!!! What dealer would have themselves and you sign all the contracts showing you gave a $600 cash down payment if you hadn't given it to them. That makes no sense!!!! Webb Ford is saying we sign new car contracts that say what was given or traded in them.... when we didn't receive it or misplaced it. Webb Ford is nuts and I'm not paying for their mishandling of money, nor am I paying for the paperwork to register my car!! This was not in the contract!!!! More

Fourth new vehicle buy from Webb and service dept great! I've honestly had nothing but great buying and service experiences at Webb. Some of these other folks should try a Dodge dealer and see what a bum de I've honestly had nothing but great buying and service experiences at Webb. Some of these other folks should try a Dodge dealer and see what a bum deal is all about! I've bought four new vehicles at Webb and they've always bent over backwards to earn my purchase from them. Their service dept has been great to deal with, always courteous (thanks Steve!) and the work gets handled competently and in a timely fashion. More
Dishonest sales person I purchased a used Escape from Webb Ford I was told their were no serious problems with this car-It lasted 10 days and stopped running. It was a piece of junk .This car was a hazard and could have caught on fire--serious oil leak-exhaust needed replacing--front struts were broken-brake lines were bad. Bernard refused to give me a cash refund and -he said I had to use the $4500 credit--I paid him $7,000 cash--on a used car .I did finally get to use the money on a new car -in order to not lose the $4,500-I feel I was forced into purchasing a car I could not afford. They also use false advertising tactics-when I showed Bernard an ad for a car costing $22,000 I was told it had no amenities it was a shell.--I don't know how they stay in business and I don't know how this Bernard person sleeps at night-he is very dishonest--In other words stay away from Bernard if you go to Webb Ford. Better yet don't buy from Webb Ford --save yourself the headache. More
