Just say No to Webb Ford I purchased my vehicle in May 2017. The actual purchasing process was okay, Cris wasn't too bad, at first. But from purchase forward, I realized tha I purchased my vehicle in May 2017. The actual purchasing process was okay, Cris wasn't too bad, at first. But from purchase forward, I realized that my selection in dealship was regrettable. I had to make 2 separate trips to the dealership following purchase, simply to retrieve the floor mats. On my 1st floormat adventure, Chris threw me a plastic bag and shooed me away. I had to ask another salesperson to help me put them into the car, something they should have done automatically. When the dealership finally did receive the correct flooring, they didn't even offer to put them in! After listening to the parts guy drone to another customer about television shows, ex girlfriends and "Toyota making better cars" for 10 minutes, I interrupted and explained the reason for my visit. He literally pushed a huge box across the countertop and continued his conversation with the other customer. A bit perturbed, I lifted the heavy box and proceed to my car. In the process, a sales staff Tom Galada, completely knocked me over as I walked through the doors carrying the floor mats. He didn't offer to hold the door, or even apologize for running me over... I later learned that he REALLY needed change for the vending machine, I guess snack foods are more important than customer service. Just recently, I contacted the dealership regarding the proclaimed "bumper to bumper" coverage. The GM Dan Schultz stated "a lot of information is transferred during a sale, and it's easy to misunderstand." I asked specific questions about tires and received specific answers the same, but all are denied at this point. He then went forward to say that "Webb Ford sales a lot of cars and would lose a lot of money if they tried to help everyone. I don't owe you anything" then proceeded to hang up the phone. Don't get me wrong, I am not looking for a hand out... but simple courtesy goes a long way. Instead of saying I heard wrong, he should have simply offered an apology. I just purchased a new tire... but from a different dealership. I will never go to Webb Ford again. This is the 1st new car I've purchased, last time getting -literally and figuratively-knocked over by Webb Ford. More
Electrical issue fixed quickly! After having an oil change, my window washers, interior lights and beeper that alerts me to close objects stopped working properly. When I took it in, Steve arranged for a rental and made sure that all issues were remedied to my satisfaction. I only have my car serviced at Webb because I know it will be done with care and expertise. THANKS! Andrea Z More
How happy service @ Webb Ford and a super service advisor Our car, a Ford,2015 Fusion, had some steering issues and trunk issues and other small items that I asked Steve to attend too. He not only took care of the service issues but there is another constantly kept me in touch of where the repair stood and how far along we were. Steve Rowe is our guy we go to. I told Steve. Any dealer, Ford can sell a car, but there is another not all dealerships give top service. Webb Ford does. And a how happy value. I count on Steve for all our Ford cars. Been buying there with our family for 19 years and have bought just a few cars there. More

Minor leaking problem with Explorer. Called in a minor leaking problem with my Explorer when the wife was driving it. Came into the Ford dealership at Webb within the hour. Was treated great in the service department, very pleased with the service I received and they washed my vehicle. As it turned out my wife did run over some kind of liquid on the roadway in Dyer and it wasn't a Explorer problem but service tech did observe a leaking shock on my vehicle and ordered a new one. They pulled my truck right in and had a service tech check it out and even called over a few more technicians to check it out. Very satisfied with the service. More
wet edge 2015 , bought my edge 2015 in July if 2015 , a recall was issued but was told my edge was not part of recall. but was getting a wet floor on drivers side e bought my edge 2015 in July if 2015 , a recall was issued but was told my edge was not part of recall. but was getting a wet floor on drivers side every time it rained or went thru a carwash. took it back to Webb ford in highland and explained what was happening. they took it in and checked it out could not find anything first few visits, but floor was getting wet in rain and carwash. took it back and they checked it out this took a few visits , 5 times last time they worked hard very hard to find it they did and it was the same area as the recall jerry the service tech was very good he took very good care of me and my edge . carpet was wet so many times I asked for new carpet and jerry and his guys got it done. now its frustrating to have issues with a new expensive car .. but jerry in service showed me dealers care about customers and issues they have with new cars or suvs. thank you very much. . Have gone here several times with different vehicles and always receive great service. I went to parts department for first time. Mission to get some touch up paint for unfortunate rock chip. Forgot their names, but he went out on the floor to confirm my paint code to get the right one. Other guy took one out of the package to demonstrate how the product worked. Very personable and helpful. Cashier was pleasant and efficient. Truck was treated respectfully. More
